About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated Business Development & Cold Caller to work with our U.S.-based healthcare call center client. The ideal candidate will drive top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments. This role is performance-driven and targets 10+ qualified leads/month, focusing strictly on relationship building and appointment setting — no closing required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
Understand client needs and present our value proposition effectively.
Maintain CRM records with accurate call notes and status updates.
Achieve and exceed KPIs (including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals).
Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach messaging and targeting.
Requirements & Skills
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales.
Native American accent (essential).
Exceptional English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and use persuasive sales techniques.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools.
Professional, motivated, and highly dependable.
