Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Truck Dispatcher with a minimum of 6 months to 1 years of hands-on experience in local or international freight dispatching. If you have strong coordination skills, are tech-savvy, and can manage drivers and loads under pressure, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely pickups and deliveries
Communicate with drivers via phone, WhatsApp, or dispatch software
Track loads and update ETAs to customers and brokers in real-time
Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and trip reports
Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and clients to avoid delays
Resolve driver issues, delays, or emergencies professionally
Ensure all operations comply with transportation laws and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in truck dispatching (local or international)
Experience with US/Canada load boards (DAT, TruckStop, etc.) is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and dispatch tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work night shifts, if dispatching to North America
