Senior HVAC Technician 2

Siflex HVAC Solutions, a premier HVAC service provider in Karachi, is looking for a Senior HVAC Technician with at least 5 years of experience. Our company specializes in delivering reliable and innovative HVAC solutions to enhance indoor comfort. This is a remote position, allowing qualified candidates to work from anywhere.

Job Description:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for split ACs, ducted systems, floor standing units, package units, VRF/VRV, and chillers.
• Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Supervise junior technicians and helpers during on-site work.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
• Document site work, testing, and handover reports.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively and timely.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage service requests and document all work performed.

- Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with HVAC software and tools used for diagnostics.
