Cold Calling Specialist 8

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients, and a strong track record in lead generation within fast-paced environments. Experience in the IT managed services sector (SEO, Website Optimization, networking) is a significant advantage. This role plays a key part in initiating client relationships and supporting the company’s overall sales growth.

1–2 years of cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience

Fluent English with a clear, persuasive speaking style

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity

Persistence, resilience, and motivation to hit targets

Knowledge of digital services is a plus
