We are seeking a Female Business Development Officer (BDO) for our Hair Care Division in Lahore, dedicated to expanding our market presence and driving sales growth

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

- Must have professional knowledge and experience of sales strategies and hair coloring techniques.

- Having good contacts with A/A+ category saloons in Lahore.

- Proven business development experience in the cosmetics or hair care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
