Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging curriculum and activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.
- Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive educational community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and experiences.
