Client Service Representative

Job Description:
Spectrum Consulting and Integrated Services (EST. 2015) is a Pakistan-based management consulting firm providing a range of services including Tax Filing, Business Registration, Corporate Matters, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Legal Matters, and Business Strategies. We are seeking motivated fresh graduates for the position of Client Service Representative to support our team in the Law Practice industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Support the team in managing client accounts and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and chat
- Help maintain records of client interactions and transactions
- Contribute to improving client experience through feedback and suggestions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
