Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for our call center operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running multiple outbound/inbound campaigns for USA, Canada, and UK markets. Experience in the trucking industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents handling international campaigns (USA/Canada/UK).
Monitor campaign performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
Train and coach team members to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.
Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain a positive team environment.
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on campaign progress.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and results.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Minimum 2 yearsβ experience as a Team Leader in a call center managing international campaigns.
Strong understanding of USA/Canada/UK market dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience in the trucking/logistics industry is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
