Job Description
Squad International is hiring motivated and skilled Sales Executives to join our Japanese Car Export Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales with a passion for automobiles and international trading. This role involves working with global clients—primarily in Ireland, UK, and Caribbean markets—to drive sales, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with international leads and dealers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from Japanese auctions.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure smooth shipment and documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and Japanese car market dynamics.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Auto Trade or International Sales (Japanese car export experience is preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up skills and client handling abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Perks & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)
Commission: Attractive sales commission
Attendance Bonus: PKR 5,000/month
Attire Bonus: PKR 5,000/month
Travelling Allowance: PKR 5,000/month
