Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on visa options and application processes.
- Prepare and review visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies.
- Assist in the submission of visa applications and communicate with authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting department on financial aspects related to visa fees.

- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Experience in customer service and sales, particularly in the immigration sector.

**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; 3 years of experience in visa consultancy preferred.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)

2+ years of experience in visa sales or immigration consultancy is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Urdu (Additional languages are a plus).

Must be target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication.
