We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 5 years in the medical industry to enhance our team. You will play a critical role in managing human resources and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR practices and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand workforce needs.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. A relevant HR certification is preferred.
