Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Digital Visions Tech, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality visual designing solutions across various media. Working closely with other designers, developers, and clients you will contribute to the creation of engaging and on-brand graphics that effectively communicate messages and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design Execution: Develop and produce design assets for digital and print mediums including but not limited to website banners, social media advertisements, brochures, flyers, User Interface (UI) and branding designs by ensuring alignment with brand identity and project objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior team members and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers/ interns fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• KPI’s Achievement: Achieve 100% targets on set criteria for the role to meet requirements of the company's dynamic performance management system.

Qualifications:

Education:

• A Bachelor's Degree (In Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred)

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in developing visual identities and brand guidelines is mandatory

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) And Figma
• Fluency in English communication (both Written & Spoken)

Timings & Job Location:

Evening Shift (6:00 PM to 03:00 AM) located at Gulberg III, Lahore.
