About the Role:
We are looking for confident and dedicated girls to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to our customers.
Asking about their needs and assisting them in purchasing mobile phones and accessories.
Promoting and selling our products over the phone.
Providing excellent customer service and building good relationships with customers.
Requirements & Skills
Good communication skills in English (Spanish language is a plus).
Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
Previous experience in customer service or telesales is preferred.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
Should be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
