Shenjiao Engineering Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at the Lahore Head Office. This role is ideal for a professional with 5–6 years of proven experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the sales & marketing team with a strong focus on performance and results.

Designing and executing modern, data-driven sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-value leads.

Creating and managing client inquiries, proposal submissions, and commercial offers.

Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through strategic communication and after-sales service.

Driving negotiations with clients and closing deals while ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.

Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Planning and managing participation in industry events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborating with the technical and engineering teams to ensure tailored client solutions.

Requirements:

4–6 years of professional experience in sales and marketing roles within the PEB, steel structures.

A proactive leader with team management experience and a strong understanding of sales cycles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Strong command of proposal development, client handling, and market strategy.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
