WE ARE HIRING – Fleet & Accounts Support Executive

Location: DHA Lahore (Hybrid)
Work from home 3–4 days/week | Office 2 days/week
Salary: PKR 50,000/month (basic)
Shift: 6 days/week | 10 hours/day
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet & Accounts Support Executive to join our growing logistics support team. You will be responsible for handling accounts-related tasks including invoicing, expenses, payroll, fleet parts ordering, inventory control, and daily driver escalations. The role involves close coordination with our UK-based operations and offers full training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports
Order vehicle parts and maintain inventory records
Track fleet activity and escalate issues to drivers
Use MS Office, email, and online accounting systems
Communicate with the UK office and operations team
Maintain accurate documentation and logs

Requirements & Skills

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business, or Accounting
1–2 years of admin or accounts experience
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong attention to detail and a “can-do” mindset
Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word
Experience with accounting or inventory software (preferred)
Reliable internet connection at home

Work Setup

3–4 Days Work from Home
2 Days at Office in DHA Lahore
10-Hour Shift | 6 Days/Week
