Job Description:
Octopus Design LLC is seeking an Experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, particularly within the accounting industry context, and will be well-versed in project management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design architectural plans and models in alignment with client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed documentation for all phases of design and construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
