Role Overview
As a FrontEnd Developer, you will be responsible for the userfacing layer of our web applications. You’ll translate UX/UI mockups into pixelperfect, responsive interfaces, optimize performance and accessibility, and collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver engaging, highquality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- UI Development: Build responsive, crossbrowsercompatible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Framework Integration: Implement interactive components and state management with React (or Angular/Vue) according to best practices.
- Performance & Accessibility: Optimize loading speed (code splitting, lazy loading, asset compression) and ensure WCAGcompliance for all pages.
- Code Quality & Collaboration: Participate in peer code reviews, enforce style guides (ESLint/Prettier), and write clear documentation.
- Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library), troubleshoot layout bugs, and resolve frontend bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on frontend trends, propose enhancements, and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
- Handson with React or Angular (state management, hooks/services).
- Solid understanding of responsive, mobilefirst design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development (feature branching, pull requests).
- Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools and a proactive, problemsolving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript or other typed JavaScript supersets.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or similar build tools.
- Background in design systems or component libraries (Storybook, MaterialUI, Tailwind CSS).
- Basic understanding of backend concepts (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
