Sales Officer
Location: TopCity-1, Islamabad
Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
A prestigious high-rise real estate project in TopCity-1, Islamabad is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Actively generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Conduct property tours and confidently explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead acquisition to successful deal closure.
Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and after-sale service
Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management.
Represent the project at marketing events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales — preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Familiarity with Islamabad’s property market and sales lifecycle.
Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-oriented
