Job Description
We are looking for experienced or passionate fresh candidates to join our Truck Dispatch Team. You will be responsible for:
Booking loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
Negotiating rates with brokers
Communicating with drivers in real-time
Managing paperwork (Rate Cons, PODs, Setup packets)
Ensuring drivers stay productive and profitable

Requirements
Fluent English Communication (Neutral or U.S. accent preferred)
Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of U.S. Geography & Trucking (a plus)
Prior Dispatch or Call Center Experience (preferred but not required)
Confident, Energetic & Willing to Learn
