The Role:
We’re hiring a confident, motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive for our Multan office. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for our U.S. team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Understand client needs and explain relevant services
- Set up qualified meetings and maintain lead records in CRM
- Support the marketing team in outreach campaigns
- Achieve targets for leads, meetings, and conversions
Requirements & Skills
Who Should Apply:
- 2+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation experience (outsourcing/tech/title services preferred)
- Fresh university graduates and current students — especially those with a school or college background from Beaconhouse, LGS, or Bloomfield Hall — with strong written and spoken English skills are encouraged to apply.
- Confident communicator with a professional presence
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment
- Willing to learn and grow in an international sales role
- Willing to work in USA time zone 5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. EST
