Role: B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 (based on experience) + Commission per closed lead

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 + Commission on Every Sale

Job Duties:

• Find and contact potential business clients (B2B) for our services.
• Use calls, emails, LinkedIn to generate leads and set meetings.
• Update and manage leads in our system (CRM).
• Work with the sales team to close deals and earn commission.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Excellent English (spoken + written).
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Own Laptop + Internet (10Mbps Fiber) + Headphones.
• Can work US/UK time (8PM – 4AM PKT).

Good to Have (But Not Required):

• Worked in immigration, consulting, or B2B sales.
