Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager (Fresh Graduate) to assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing software projects from initiation to completion. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for technology, organization, and leadership. You’ll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience and grow into a full project leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Assist in preparing timelines, resource allocation, and task tracking.

Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams for project execution.

Monitor project progress and report updates to senior managers.

Help identify risks and support mitigation strategies.

Maintain project documentation and assist in quality assurance checks.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Internship experience or academic exposure to project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana) is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
