Assistant Manager Production

1. Devise production operational plans based on the marketing and sales plan.
2. Supervise the manufacturing process for each of the “Polyethylene – PVC” production departments.
3. Participate in drawing production policies, processes , programs, and production plan as well as ensure due implementation.
4. Determine amount of necessary resources (Workforce, Raw Material etc.)
5. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Quality inspectors, workers etc.)
6. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
7. Supervising the level of production efficiency and working on developing and improving it continuously, using the reports of the quality control department.
8. Ensure compliance to quality assurance system (ISO) and the consequent implementation of all the forms and procedures for this job, as well as preparing the required reports.
9. Establish statistics and reports on production management, costs and performance periodically (Daily-Monthly-Annually) as well as proactively.
