SM Remote Hires is expanding! We're hiring driven and experienced Sales Agents / Cold Callers to bring in recruitment clients from the UK, Australia, and the Middle East through outreach, cold calling, and networking.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Are based in Pakistan, UK, US, Australia, China, Japan, or UAE
Have cold calling or B2B sales experience
Ideally have knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry
Possess a strong network or contact base in the business world
Are fluent in English and excellent at sales communication
Your Role Includes:
Cold calling and lead generation
Promoting SM Remote Hires' recruitment services
Booking calls and demos with potential clients
Maintaining outreach records and CRM updates
Hitting monthly client acquisition goals
