Job Description
Remote Medical Assistant LLC is actively seeking three experienced professionals to join our team and immediately contribute to a specialized medical billing project. This is not a traditional medical biller role, but it requires advanced knowledge of billing, appeals, and surgical coding.

Hands-on experience in medical billing and appeals
Strong command of CPT codes, especially surgical codes
Familiarity with U.S. insurance payment rules, including:
Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction (MPPR)
NCCI edits
Modifier usage
Thorough understanding of insurance claim submission and payment processes
Preferred: Knowledge of New Jersey No-Fault (PIP) billing via U.S. auto insurance
