Sales Executive 5

Romanza Logistics is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our team! As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to truck drivers, owner-operators, and carriers in the USA to promote and sell our dispatch services.

This is a call center-style role that requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking English, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (truck drivers, carriers, owner-operators) in the USA.
• Explain and promote our dispatch services clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in call centers or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time).
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
