Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
3. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
1. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial record-keeping.
2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally).
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
