Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Use platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, and Clay to identify and enrich target accounts based on ideal customer profiles across supply chain, IT, and operations functions.
Outbound Campaign Execution: Build and manage multi-step outbound sequences via tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, evaluate solution fit, and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales team.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, lead statuses, and scheduled meetings in CRM; ensure data hygiene and track performance KPIs.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and refine email content, subject lines, and workflows to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales to align messaging, share feedback, and improve lead quality.
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
Outbound Experience: 3+ years of hands-on outbound sales/business development experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech.
Tool Proficiency: Must have proven working knowledge of ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, Instantly, Smartlead, and GTM tools like Clay.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach.
Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and adaptable. Capable of handling rejection and iterating based on performance data.
Availability: Willing to work full-time during U.S. EST hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT).
