We are currently seeking a motivated Hire Desk Controller with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hadali. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our hire desk and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and rental agreements.
- Coordinate equipment availability and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to optimize rental processes.
Requirements & Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in rental management software and MS Office.
