Al-Khair Gadoon Limited (AKGL), established in 1980 and ISO: 9001:2015 certified, is a leader in high-quality polyurethane foam and related products. With industrial partnerships with Shell (Singapore) & BASF (Korea), we are expanding our team in Lahore. We are seeking a Fleet Workshop Maintenance Manager with four years of experience in the furniture industry to oversee our fleet maintenance operations and ensure optimal performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the maintenance and repair of company fleet vehicles.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Lead a team of technicians and oversee daily workshop operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, placing orders as necessary.
- Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to support company logistics.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
