Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs

Promote and market residential and commercial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Meet sales targets and report on performance

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and property values

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, preferably in real estate

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
