Job Description
- Introduce Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank to the targeted population
- Achieve assigned monthly / annual Targets.
- To assist the clients for loan application
- To conduct loan appraisal and collect detailed information (personal, business, guaranties) on field
- Present loan request at the loan committee
- To monitor loan portfolio and to ensure timely repayment.
- Maintain regular contact with clients by frequent field visits
- To follow-up the prospects by regular contact with the identified potential clients
- To propose new products and services to current clients
- Ensure outstanding service is provided to each customer by maintaining solid product knowledge and adherence to policies and procedures
- To keep complete and detailed documentation on each client
- Report all issues related to the job to immediate Supervisor
