Global Talent Outsourcing is hiring on behalf of The Dress Outlet, a leading U.S.-based eCommerce store, for the position of Paid Ads Manager. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns—primarily Google Ads—for a fashion-focused online retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and potentially other platforms.
Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
Create reports and present results with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative teams for ad copy and visual assets.

Must be a resident of Pakistan.

Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and/or Performance Max).
Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media ads.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup during US working hours.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
