Job Description

  • Close qualified, high-ticket inbound leads generated by our marketing team
  • Conduct persuasive discovery and closing calls with clients via Zoom or phone
  • Understand client pain points, tailor solutions, and pitch our white-labeled digital marketing services effectively
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism using proven sales techniques
  • Ensure a smooth handover to our onboarding team for an excellent client experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data (GoHighLevel) and report daily activity and pipeline status
  • Provide market feedback to the internal team to refine offers and processes
  • Identify and qualify warm leads interested in white-label services

Requirements & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience closing high-ticket deals (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services)
  • Strong communicator with excellent phone/Zoom presence
  • Proven ability to handle objections and negotiate terms with confidence
  • Detail-oriented with experience using CRMs (preferably GoHighLevel)
  • Results-driven and motivated by commission and performance
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite, includes 1-hour break)
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes a 30-minute break)

Location: Onsite – Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal)
