Finance And Accounting Associate

We are seeking a Finance Associate with a strong foundation in accounts and finance, proficiency in financial software, and experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
2. Utilize Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel for financial analysis and record-keeping.
3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
4. Help Finance Manager with day to day operations
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Collaborate with international clients to streamline financial processes.
7. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts and finance. Please do not apply if you have more than 3 years of experience. This is a Junior/ Associate position.
2. Proficiency in Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel.
3. Experience working with international clients.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
