Stock Controller (Inventory Controller) - REMOTE

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Stock Controller to manage the end-to-end process of our diverse and evolving inventory. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working with in-house systems to ensure stock accuracy and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily receipting and processing of stock to ensure it’s ready for sale.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to manage stock levels.
• Coordinate and conduct rolling stocktakes and inventory audits.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Support ongoing improvement of stock control systems and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in inventory or stock control roles.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Excperience with Control Professional desirable

Location: Remote | Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST (Brisbane Time)
