Manager Operations & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

1. Checking quotation rates
2. Follow-up pending quotations
3. Checking order review
4. Finalize production schedule
5. Finalize carriage (Transportation)
6. Follow-up receivable customers
7. Follow-up new registration renewals
8. Customer ledger and balance confirmation
9. Follow-up bill submission
10. Factory coordination and follow-up against production and dispatches
11. Fulfill any requirement of customer (company profile, samples, brochure, etc.)
12. Follow-up customer inquiry (telephonic and email)
13. Tender working
14. Follow up delivery status of raw material to factory for production
15. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
16. Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction
17. Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
18. Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales and sourcing of suppliers
19. Optimizing workflows and processes to save time and money
20. Monitory the manufacturing process to ensure quality products, including production planning, production control, and quality control.

Project management experience

Certification in supply chain management (Preferably)

Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
