Recovery Officer

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Officer with 3 years of experience in the recovery to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recovery process for outstanding accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reconciliations.
- Develop strategies to minimize bad debts.
- Prepare reports on recovery activities and performance metrics.
- Liaise with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records.
