Content Moderation 7

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.

Identify and escalate issues as needed.

Maintain a safe and positive online environment for users.

Collaborate with the team to improve moderation processes.

Work in rotational shifts as per the assigned monthly schedule.

Requirements:

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.

Must be able to adhere to the monthly schedule without extra leaves or absences.
