Sales Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads
• Conduct customer feedback calls to ensure satisfaction
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone
• Coordinate and ensure smooth installation execution
• Create Installation Requests (IRs) for new sales
• Follow up on payments for timely and smooth transactions
• Develop and close new sales activations and renewals opportunities
• Coordinate with corporate clients for seamless service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain contact with automotive showrooms for lead generation

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in auto/tracker services
• Strong telecommunication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle client coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
