Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media & Customer Support Executive to manage our online presence and handle customer interactions professionally. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online marketing, along with the ability to communicate clearly with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update company pages on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business
Create and post advertisements, updates, and promotional content
Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
Handle incoming calls and maintain a professional tone with clients
Keep daily records of leads and follow-ups
Coordinate with the management team on marketing and communication strategies
Use Canva or similar tools to design simple visuals for social media
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in social media marketing and customer communication
Excellent handling of Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram
Good communication skills (Urdu and basic English)
Familiar with Canva or basic graphic editing tools
Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible
