Sales Officer

Job Description:
Omar Ali Group, a leader in the Security and Investigations industry, was established in 2001 and is structured and managed by retired Army officers. We specialize in providing security solutions for ports, terminals, and warehouses. Our seasoned team ensures 24/7 operations with a focus on consistent deployment supervision, timely equipment maintenance, and comprehensive contingency planning.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

- Proven sales experience of at least 2 years in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the security and investigations industry is a plus.
