Helper

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Helper to support our production and fabrication teams. This entrylevel role is perfect for someone eager to learn handson manufacturing processes, assist skilled tradespeople, and help keep our facility running smoothly.

Material Handling

• Unload, sort, and stage raw materials (metal sheets, bars, tubing) for fabrication

Basic Machine Support

• Assist operators in setting up and feeding machines (shears, presses, cutters)
• Monitor operations and alert supervisors to jams or material shortages

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Keep workstations, tools, and common areas clean and organized
• Perform routine sweeping, wiping down equipment, and emptying scrap bins

Quality & Inspection Assistance

• Help measure and inspect parts for basic dimensional checks under guidance
• Tag and label components according to project/job specifications

Safety & Teamwork

• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report any hazards
• Collaborate with fabricators, welders, and supervisors to meet production goals
