Welder

We’re seeking an experienced Argon Welder (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding/TIG) to join our team. In this role, you will use argon shielding gas to perform highprecision welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys, ensuring structural integrity and impeccable finish on complex parts.

TIG Welding with Argon Shielding

• Set up and operate GTAW/TIG equipment using pure argon or argonbased gas mixtures
• Weld stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and other specialty alloys to tight tolerances

Quality Assurance & Inspection

• Inspect welds for penetration, fusion, bead profile, and absence of defects
• Document weld data, gas flow rates, electrode types, and inspection results

Equipment Setup & Maintenance

• Calibrate gas regulators, torch assemblies, and power sources for optimum performance
• Perform routine maintenance, electrode care, and consumable inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to minimize fire and trip hazards
