Fabricator

We’re seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will take raw materials (steel, aluminum, stainless) and transform them into precisionbuilt parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. You’ll work handson with cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes to support projects of all sizes.

Interpretation & Setup

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (shears, brake presses, rolls, CNC plasma/laser cutters)
• Material Handling & Layout
• Measure and mark stock materials for cutting and shaping
• Ensure correct material selection (alloy, gauge, dimensions)
• Welding & Assembly
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join components
• Fit, tackweld, and assemble structural frames, enclosures, fixtures

Quality Control & Finishing

• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and weld integrity
• Grind, polish, and deburr welded seams to customer standards
• Maintain accurate production logs and job tickets
• Safety & Maintenance
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
