Location: Phase 9 DHA, Lahore (Office-based only)
Salary: 50,000 – 75,000 PKR/month + Bonuses
Shifts: 8 hours
Job Description:
We are hiring 3 sharp, professional Operations Agents for a UK-based luxury car rental company. You will handle leads, communicate with wedding/event clients, manage bookings, and respond quickly via WhatsApp
You’ll work from our office in Phase 9 DHA with full facilities (AC, fast internet, clean environment).
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp
• Follow up with leads, convert to bookings
• Coordinate booking details, maintain records
• Shift reporting and teamwork
• Strong written English is essential
Requirements:
• Fluent in written English
• Fast typing & response time
• Reliable, punctual, honest
• Prior call center or client communication experience preferred
• Laptop skills: WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets
