Customer Support Officer - Work From Home Only From Lahore -

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate should be male, 22 years of age or older, and based in Lahore.

This is a remote position, and the selected candidate will initially be working from home for UAE Market.

Training will be provided but soft skills are mandatory.

Responsible for converting sales leads into clients and successfully closing deals to support business growth.

Should possess thorough knowledge of visa documentation procedures for the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Schengen countries.

Proficient in scheduling embassy appointments via VFS Global or respective official websites.

Must be readily available to respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp or phone calls.

Guide clients through the complete visa application process (including all visa types), offering expert advice and support.

Ensure all submitted documents comply with the specific requirements of embassies and consulates.

Follow up with clients to obtain any missing documents or clarify details related to their application.

Provide clients with timely updates and precise guidance throughout each stage of the visa process.

Maintain detailed and well-organized records for every application handled.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Excellent English writing & speaking skills.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Eager to learn, work and grow.
