Job Description

As a Sales Staff member, you will be the face of Splendors Properties, responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying or renting process. Your communication skills and customer service will be key to building lasting relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Conduct property viewings and explain features and benefits

Negotiate sales and rental terms within company guidelines

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and listings

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
