Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects on Upwork, crafting effective proposals, and communicating with clients to secure new business.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, design, marketing)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work onsite at our office during standard working hours
