We are a leading recruitment agency located in London. We are looking for a dedicated JOBDIVA ATS Database Administrator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the JOBDIVA ATS database to ensure seamless operation.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the database.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance the ATS functionalities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of JOBDIVA ATS.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in database administration, preferably with JOBDIVA ATS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
